The Story

He’s Been In Your Seat

“I’ve been the founder who couldn’t step away, the executive who had to restructure 6,000 people, and the entrepreneur who failed more times than I can count. That’s what I bring to every coaching relationship.”

Sekhar started at Dell in 2008 as an entry-level engineer and rose to Director in 6 years — managing teams of 175 people, a $12M+ budget, and delivering over $50M in cost savings. He won the TSIA Star Award for Services Excellence and holds a patent on AI-driven bottleneck prediction.

While still at Dell, he was already building. Eight companies across real estate, construction, education, manufacturing, and food — all still operating. He’s run organizations with 300+ employees, managed multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios across Texas and India, and worked across offices in the US, India, Singapore, and China.

He’s also failed. Multiple ventures that didn’t work. He doesn’t hide it — he uses it. Because knowing what breaks a business is just as valuable as knowing what scales one.

Who I Help

The Founders Who Come to BStrat

01
Stuck between $1M – $10M revenue

You’ve proven the business works. Now you’re hitting a ceiling that effort alone won’t break through. You need structure, systems, and someone who’s seen it before.

02
You’re the bottleneck in your own company

Everything routes through you. Decisions, approvals, quality control. You’re working more hours than any of your employees — and somehow things still slip when you look away.

03
Ready to transition from operator to CEO

You built this by doing everything yourself. Now you need to lead differently — through people, systems, and strategy rather than your own output.

04
Execution doesn’t match ambition

The vision is clear. The plans get made. But 90 days later, you’re in the same place. The gap between what you intend and what actually happens keeps widening.

The Failures

He Lost Count.
And He’s Fine With That.

Not every bet pays off. Sekhar built and closed several ventures that didn’t work. He talks about them openly because failure isn’t the opposite of credibility — hiding failure is.
